Water Bath
Water Bath for cooling molten strands for Pelletizing process is available in the following standard sizes. Custom designed Water Bath are also manufactured as per requirement. All Water Baths are made in AISI 304 SS material.

After exiting the Extruder the strands passes through the waterbath to remove the heat and solidify the molten strands. After passing through Waterbath, Air Knife is used to remove any surface moisture from the Strands before it passes through Pelletizer for cutting.
